Programing Focus: LIFE

“Workshop for Caregivers”
Part 1 - 9:15 am to 12:15 pm
Part 2 - 1:30 to 2:30 pm
Facilitated by Desmond Raftery
Creating space in one’s life is not easily achieved today. We are constantly being
interrupted and bombarded by sights and sounds that take us away from being fully present to self and others.
This presentation will provide you with the opportunity to stop, listen, feel and sense the great pools of wisdom, healing and life that lies within and around you.
The only prerequisite for participation in this presentation is that you are or have been fully immersed in the noise and bedlam of daily life and you are open to listen to the “still down voice” within. Here you will discover new sounds, colors and sensations, which will enliven and enlighten you.
At the end of the presentation, I hope that you will leave with a deeper appreciation of the richness of your inner life and take with you new spiritual practices that will support, encourage and challenge you to be your authentic self.
The workshop will incorporate didactic and experiential processes that will touch all the senses.
